I'm Ryan Clark. I've spent my career on the operations side of service businesses — and I built Seek + Scale to do one thing well.
For more than two decades I've worked inside service and field operations — including years running operations for an automotive reconditioning company, where I scaled a division and learned, the hard way, what actually makes a shop money and what quietly drains it.
I've built teams. Built systems. Fixed bottlenecks. And created accountability in places that had none. Not from a textbook — from the floor, with real crews, real jobs, and real owners who couldn't afford for me to be wrong.
The same pattern, in business after business: owners who cared deeply, worked relentlessly, and still felt money slipping somewhere they couldn't point to. It almost never came down to effort or talent.
It came down to visibility. Nobody could see the truth clearly enough to act on it in time — so the same leaks ran for months, and problems only surfaced at month-end when it was too late to do anything but absorb them.
The money is almost always already in the business. It's trapped — inside bottlenecks, idle capacity, underpriced work, unclear ownership, and numbers nobody is watching. You don't need more leads or more hours. You need to see it.
So that's what I do now: help owners make the invisible visible, give it one owner and one number, and turn it into action. More profit. Less chaos. Clear ownership.
Simply, and straight. I start everyone with a free assessment and a personal review — and if I don't think I can move your number, I'll tell you that and point you somewhere better. I only take on the shops where there's real profit worth recovering.
